PBS Accounting Statistics (current month)
Fluent users will have abnormally low CPU time logged on multi-CPU
jobs, due to an inability to account for time attached to Fluent
sessions started with the 'rsh' command. For that reason, ignore their
CPU time and efficiency metrics.

1Average job efficiency is calculated as (1/N)*(JOBEFF(1)+JOBEFF(2)+...JOBEFF(N)), where JOBEFF(K)=(CPUTIME(K))/(WALLTIME(K))
2Overall job efficiency is calculated as (CPUTIME(1)+CPUTIME(2)+...CPUTIME(N))/(WALLTIME(1)+WALLTIME(2)+...+WALLTIME(N))
